Her personal commitment to inclusivity—shaped by her family’s experiences with dyslexia—fuels her dedication to fostering diverse, high-performing teams in the construction industry. Meet Ana, our systems developer. Ana helps develop and manage system architecture. Her drive and problem solving skills help keep the systems running smoothly. Originally from West Des Moines, Iowa, Ana enjoys playing sports and spending time with friends and family outside of work. She’s excited to learn about the application of SYSTEMology and bring new ideas to the team.

Meet Joy, our office assistant. Joy is a catch-all when it comes to getting things done, whether it’s organizing tasks, handling day-to-day operations, or offering support wherever needed. She’s always ready to jump in and make things run smoothly. Originally from New York, Joy loves exploring new coffee shops and finding the best local brews. She’s excited to bring her enthusiasm and organizational skills to the team!

Meet Kayla, Joe Huss’s Personal Assistant at Growth Construction. She help’s keep everything organized and on track—managing calendars, emails, texts, and the day-to-day details that keep things moving forward. Currently living in South Carolina, Kayla enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and thrifting.
